AdvaComm attends LTE MENA, showcases Customer Experience as well as wider LTE focused services

AdvaComm was proud to have actively participated at the LTE MENA exhibition and conference held in Dubai between 12th and 13th May 2015, the premier regional event focused on LTE technologies for network operators and regulators. AdvaComm was particularly pleased to welcome and host our customer experience solution partner from Spirent at the event. Spirent are a leading provider of customer experience tools with the capability to measure and report on data, voice and video call performance from the perspective of the end-user, from any smartphone device. Spirent solutions are widely used by network operators in the US and European markets as well as regulators such as in the UK to report on customer experience of broadband mobile networks. With an easy to use platform and innovative approach, Spirent are rapidly deploying solutions across the entire smartphone eco-system with customers ranging from regulators, network operators, device manufacturers as well as chipset companies within the smartphone industry.

AdvaComm welcomed a number of key clients to our booth to demonstrate the capabilities of the customer experience solution as well as to provide further insights on our expertise in LTE related subjects, ranging from strategic planning, procurement, supplier management and governance, network planning and optimization. We also found that a number of clients were particularly interested in our training courses and capabilities in delivering both consultant resourcing solutions as well as headhunting services.
